Refund and Cancellation Policy
At Amino Naturals, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We take pride in the quality of our products and want to ensure you have a positive experience with every purchase. However, we understand that there may be instances where you need to cancel an order or request a refund. Please review our policy below.
1. Order Cancellation
- Before Shipment:
If you wish to cancel your order, please do so before it has been shipped. You can cancel your order by contacting our customer support at wecare@aminonaturals.com
If your order is successfully canceled before shipment, you will receive a full refund within 7-10 business days.
- After Shipment:
Unfortunately, we cannot cancel an order once it has been shipped. However, you may be eligible for a refund or exchange as per our refund policy below.
2. Refund Policy
- Eligibility for Refunds:
Products that are damaged, defective, or incorrect upon delivery are eligible for a refund.
Perishable items, including laddoos, chutneys, and cold-pressed oils, are non-refundable unless there is an issue with the quality or if the product is damaged in transit.
Non-perishable items such as spices and premix atta can be returned within 7 days of delivery, provided the packaging is unopened and intact.
- How to Request a Refund:
To request a refund, please contact our customer support within 48 hours of receiving the product. Include your order number, details of the issue, and photos of the product if it is damaged or defective.
Our team will review your request and, if approved, will initiate the refund process. Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days and credited back to your original method of payment.
- Refunds for Online Payments:
For orders paid online, the refund will be processed to the same account used for payment. Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take additional time for the refund to reflect in your account.
- Refunds for Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders:
If your order was placed using COD, we will process the refund through bank transfer or offer store credit, as per your preference.
3. Exchange Policy
We offer exchanges only for products that are damaged, defective, or incorrect. If you need an exchange, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the product is not available, we will offer you a full refund.
4. Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns or offer refunds for opened or used products.
Perishable items such as laddoos, chutneys, and cold-pressed oils cannot be returned unless there is a quality issue or damage during transit.
5. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs for returning items (when applicable) will be borne by the customer unless the return is due to a mistake on our part (damaged, defective, or incorrect product).
